Franklin has rich experience of more than 20 years of IT operations, planning, development and project management experience. In the current role he heads the Business and Consulting practice, working with CIOs to develop strategy and also in process excellence. Franklin is passionate about Quality and as a Trained Black belt for Six Sigma projects was instrumental is setting up state-of-the art processes and also in achieving significant Service / Process improvements within the IT organizations. In his previous role, he has been Heading the Sales and Delivery function for a Holland based company on IT Service Management and IT Governance.
Buenaventura has a B.S. Business Administration Degree and a Masters in Business Administration from De La Salle University. Outside of First Datacorp, he serves as Director on the Board of a two Information Technology Companies and was formerly a director of the Computer Manufacturers Association of the Philippines for a number of years and an environmental institution Lasallian Institute for the Environment (LIFE).
Buenaventura founded the company in 1985 and established it be a top business partner of Microsoft, HP and others receiving numerous awards and accolades for many years.
Sunil brings over 22 years of rich experience in IT Infrastructure Management space focussed on several areas including IT Service Management, 24/7 Global Service Delivery, Transition/Project Management, IT Consulting & Strategic Sourcing. Prior to this Sunil has worked with several Global IT Organization like NetApp, Accenture and Wipro Technologies. At NetApp, Sunil was working as IT Director, at Accenture worked as Senior Executive leading the India IT Operations, Sunil had a long stint of 12 years with Wipro Technologies, worked as General Manager – Global IT Infrastructure, Service Delivery Director (UK) and General Manager – ITSM Consulting Practice.
Prior to this from 1999 till 2007 he has worked in various capacities like Practice Head, Delivery Manager, Quality Head in the IT Infrastructure Management Services. His last assignment in Infrastructure Management Services was to integrate cMango (an acquired company) into Wipro as Integration Manager. He was the head of Technical Support Services in Wipro Infotech for 4 years during 1995 to 98 and was responsible for setting up the Unicenter Competency Center, the first such center for Computer Associates outside of USA. Ravindra started his career in 1985 in Customer Support Division and became the head of the central repair center in Wipro Infotech. Implemented the local repair centers across major cities in India, developed and implemented a sub-contract repair model across India.
