Job Title: Business Development Manager / Executive (Full Time / Part Time)


Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Business Development Managers/Executives to join our growing team in the IT training industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth through the promotion and sale of our training solutions, including corporate training, individual upskilling programs, and academic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and individual client segments.
  • Promote and sell IT training programs (e.g., ITIL, DevOps, SRE, Scrum, Agile, COBIT, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, AI/ML etc.).
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to showcase training offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with corporate HR/training managers, colleges, and individual learners.
  • Understand client training needs and suggest tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with the delivery and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1–5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development, preferably in the education or IT sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Understanding of IT technologies and current industry demands is a plus.
Preferred
  • Experience in selling professional or technical training programs.
  • Existing network in corporate L&D, HR, or college placement/training cells.
